All Orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier Service when full payment is received.
Delivery time depends on which state you are located. For NSW customers its usually within 1-3 business days; for SA, VIC, QLD please allow 5-7 working days; and for WA and NT delivery may take up to 10 working days to transit from Sydney.

The only time shipping is delay is if we do not have certain item in stock and we will notify the customer in regards to delivery times.
Returns & Exchange:
Buyers can return an unused product to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less postage, provided it is in a resalable condition. For return postage below are circumstances either one of the parties being responsible for the charges.
Below are circumstances us Avant Crystal being responsible for the return and exchange charges:
•When the item is considered DOA*
•When the item needs repair under a warranty claim
•When the item is significantly not as described, ie: ordered ‘Black’ and got ‘Pink’.
Please note: Due to many facts (ie monitor setting) are outside of our control, minor colour variation is NOT classified as ‘item not as described’, such as lighter, darker, more pinkish, coral than expected.
*DOA – Dead on Arrival:
Item shows symptoms of operation failure, is defective or broken and is completely unusable (aka “DOA” Dead on Arrival) upon delivery. Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of theproduct, and attach photographs or other evidences to prove the condition.
Below are circumstances buyer being responsible for the return and exchange charges:
•When there is a variation that is outside of our control such as ‘colour appears lighter, darker’.
•Items have been used, unless agreed upon by both parties that there is a faulty with the product.
•Change of Mind
•Incorrect postal address provided, or change of address after items being dispatched
•When items arrive late ie over your occasions’ deadline
Please note: we do not hold responsible for items being delay, damaged or lost in transit as they are the responsibility of the carrier ie Australia Post. Insurance cover is NOT included in our standard delivery. However if registered postage is purchased, lost can be recovered upon claim.
How to return items:
Always contact us as soon as possible prior to returning the item. We will not be responsible for returning postage unless agreement has been achieved upon by both parties
